	All over Hoxton, it's snowing. Everything looks completely bizarre. People at work were late for meetings this morning because they were on the roof making snow people. And then college was cancelled due to the snow - yay. It's like being about 7 again, except that you have to snap out of it and be careful not to fall over again and all that crap which was never a second thought when you're little. Then, falling over isn't even a prospect until it happens and it's always such a surprise when it does happen! Anyway, Christmas was in Liverpool, so it was very uneventful. Before that, I went and saw Pulp playing in a disused steel works... which was interesting. Everyone there just kept complaining about how cold it was and the lack of food. What about music you dullards! This was in Rotherham, I'm never happy when a trip involves the M62 and fog... but we emerged in one piece at home again, though probably mostly due to luck rather than design. On music, things are going slowly. Basically, it's a bit of a fight when you get new equipment, and at the moment, Susan is fighting with it and not me. Something will no doubt emerge at the end of it all, but I have no idea what it might be. We sent some music for a Canadian TV show, but I don't know if anything will come of it, sounded pretty bizarre. Fanclub @ The verge in Kentish Town on 1st Feb - The Vichys are playing so get down there.
