image text not supported turkish character's ( ÜĞİŞÇÖ )

utf_8
utf8_turkish_ci

It comes from the fact that the fonts provided with GD are not utf-8, so the characters you want are missing. To use GD with Turkish for instance, you need to use TTF fonts.

But TTF support is not implement yet, please see this threadReply
