Iam using this to upload ten different files from different file upload elements conditionally. i.e. i have a form where there are 10 different questions and for each question there is a "Yes" and "No" radio buttons now if the user answers with no in some of the questions i need to upload an image file as evidence, as multiple instance is not working is there any solution ??Reply
