Did you update the class two weeks ago? Did you change anything in your code two weeks ago? Do you see anything in your server logs? Does it behave in such a way regadless of the image sizes?

We updated the class AFTER we found the issue which doesn't seem to change anything. we did not change anything in the code. I'll ask my IT to check the server logs. It behaves this way regardless of file size.
