error uploading files (no image files) new!

As my last thread refferrs to another server this time uploading files sometimes fail with error log displaying

source is an uploaded file
- error: Datei nicht hochgeladen. Prozess nicht ausführbar.

I wonder why this info is so short and what means source is an uploaded file?
