Reply to Blank page after submit

Blank page after submit new!

Hi All,

i have problem that is when i submitted form there is no any action.

after make class.upload instance 
$handle = new upload($_FILES['mypic']);

the script suspended and view blank page.

i have big form with more then 50 fields , and one of them for image.

so whats your advice here ?
