I am not too sure I understand what you want to do. You want to resize a transparent image, and have a background underneath? Do you have an example of the two source images, and the resulting image?
It is always possible to apply a watermark with transparent parts, but the watermark will be applied on top of your image (i.e. not as a background).Reply
